Inside Sales Associate

LoadSpring Solutions, developer of the CAM Console for Hosted Applications, is searching for a goal oriented, responsible and energetic sales professional to join its Lawrence, MA team. LoadSpring delivers its products and services to a wide range of customers including globally.

With a unique blend of traditional and non-traditional marketing initiatives, you will become a key component of our Targeted Process Vertical (TPV) approach to selling. TPV allows our sales professionals to focus more on enabling our prospect to buy our solutions by demonstrating a real and quantifiable need to all potential customers.

As a critical component of our sales team, the ideal candidate will have a proven history of success hunting down and qualifying new customer opportunities. Candidates for this position will be responsible for:

  • Contacting & qualifying prospective customers
  • Delivering high quality leads to our Account Executives
  • Maintaining an average call volume of 100 outbound calls per day, documenting all activity in our database
  • Participating in special projects as necessary
  • Mining additional prospective customers

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years experience in outbound sales for an organization providing software, Internet services, and/or related technology with an ability to learn quickly.
  • Experience and comfort calling on senior executives at Fortune 100 organizations
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • A passion for excellence and efficiency with a proven ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
  • Energetic telephone selling presence with a proven ability to support customers
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, ACT!, Email, and the Internet
  • Formal sales training and a proven selling system
  • College degree (BA/BS)
  • A "Do whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude
