LoadSpring offers a competitive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical and dental coverage, 401(k), Flexible Savings (FSA), time off, online employee assistance program, and the innovative Culture Spring benefit that actually rewards you for taking time off to improve your cultural experiences. Here are some details on our benefits programs:
- Medical – We offer full medical insurance coverage for those who qualify Blue Cross and Blue Shield are available. LoadSpring covers at least 50% of the monthly premium and has not increased rates to our employees in over 3 years!
- Dental – We offer full dental insurance coverage for those who qualify through Delta Dental. LoadSpring covers at least 50% of the monthly premium
- 401(K) - Beginning in January, 2005 we have added a 401(K) retirement savings plan to our list of benefits. This program allows each of our employees to contribute pre-tax dollars from their bi-monthly paychecks into a qualified 401(K) savings plan with competitive matching dollars contributed by LoadSpring Solutions
- Time Off - LoadSpring offers a minimum of 26 business days off per year to start, broken down as follows:
- 10 Vacation days off per year to start
- 5 Personal days per year
- 8 Corporate Holidays (minimum)
- 3 Additional Floating holidays
- Online Payroll Services – Manage all of your payroll and tax deduction information easily and from anywhere with our online payroll service. No longer do you need to hunt down an HR Representative to change your W-2 information, or correct an issue with your accumulated time off
- Stock Options - LoadSpring offers both ISO and NQSO as appropriate to employees who perform above expectations
- Employee Assistance – We offer an online employee assistance program, administered by Ceridian, which can provide valuable information on mnaging some of lifes challenges
- Weekly Lunch – Lunch is on us once a week
