As a child growing up in the Northeastern United States, Eric’s grandfather always bought him an annual subscription to National Geographic. “I couldn’t wait to get the next issue and see where I would travel to that month, or what people I would learn about”, says Eric. As he grew older, he always knew life was different elsewhere, even California would be an experience, never mind Moscow or Zimbabwae!
Since then, Eric has had many opportunities to visit Western European nations/peoples and has learned the value of thinking different. His experiences have not always been “great” but they have always taught him something and he has grown because of it.

Benefit Details
- As an employee in good standing, LoadSpring Solutions (“the COMPANY”) will, upon approval of your request, allow you five (5) additional days of vacation for the purpose of experiencing a culture outside of the United States.
- Additionally, the COMPANY will purchase\reimburse up to $2000 in travel related expenses, upon approval of your request.
