What's it like at LoadSpring Solutions?
Founded in November, 1999 by Eric Leighton and Jim Smith for the purpose of providing application management solutions to the business enterprise, a common theme at our company is definitely excitement...excitement about our products, excitement about our technology implementations and excitement about making it happen. We have formed strong partnerships with many industry giants such as Microsoft, Citrix and Primavera Systems, but we also work with local companies who help focus on high-end specialty implementations such as Oracle, SQL, Data Centers and enterprise integrations.
Our management team is lead by Eric Leighton and Jim Smith who are really management coaches, providing leadership, direction and goals. This approach to management allows all team members to understand and focus their roles within the company to make things happen faster than the speed of e-Business!
