LoadSpring’s founding management team, President/CEO Eric Leighton, Executive Vice President Jim Smith, and Vice President of Technical Operations Michael Kennedy have over 36 years of technical, personnel and project management experience and have worked together in many capacities for the last twelve years. Eric received his BSME from the University of Maine and his MSME from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Jim received his BSME from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Mike received his BSCIS from Bentley College.
