LoadSpring and Project Management Centre (PMC) have formed a business alliance to serve customers in the US Great Lakes region and throughout Canada. Combining our expertise has allowed us to ensure successful enterprise wide implementations for clients such as Fortune 100 manufacturing organizations. A recent implementation for almost 2,000 users of Primavera Enterprise enabled LoadSpring and PMC to demonstrate their collaborative strengths. LoadSpring provides the application management, IT infrastructure and system level support to help deploy the Primavera suite through the CAM Console. PMC provides the training, application support, integration and user deployment. A senior implementation consultant from PMC recently remarked "I just wanted to say thank you for all of the help you've given us during this implementation. I know there have been a lot of small requests coming from everywhere. However, everyone that I have spoken to at Loadspring has been of great help and I'm thrilled with how fast your response time has been on any issues that we've had. PMC's on site presence adds to the level of support that LoadSpring delivers. Specifically, they are of significant help when communicating technical issues to and from users so that we can quickly determine if a problem is related to the client network or infrastructure, application configuration or public internet connections between the customer and LoadSpring data centers.
