Crystal has accumulated over 15 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining LoadSpring, Crystal held positions in HR at ViaSat and Watkins Wellness. She holds a master’s degree in human resource management specializing in organizational development and Bachelor of Arts in human development.
