Chief Commercial Officer

As the Chief Commercial Officer, Dave is responsible for overseeing all revenue generation activities and leading the company’s growth and strategic initiatives. He drives the day-to-day execution and improvement of the sales and marketing functions. Dave defines and directs the go-to-market strategy to maximize revenue performance from both existing clients and prospective customers. Dave is known for his unique blend of creative and analytical abilities. Throughout his career, he has successfully built and led multiple sales and marketing organizations.

With over 30 years of executive business development and marketing experience, Dave has directed thousands of marketing campaigns and sales programs aimed at customer acquisition, increasing customer value, and reducing customer churn. Prior to joining LoadSpring, Dave served as the President and Chief Revenue Officer at RightEye, LLC, a healthcare SaaS technology company, as well as the Chief Revenue Officer at Kajeet, Inc., a wireless mobility SaaS company. He has also held positions such as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at government contractor Management Concepts, Inc., and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Learning Tree International, a global training and professional development company.

Dave earned his MBA from George Mason University and holds a BFA from the Massachusetts College of Art & Design. He currently resides in Northern Virginia with his wife, Jennifer.
