Industry Veterans Add Expertise to Advance Sales & Customer Support
LoadSpring Solutions today announced two additions to its sales and technical operations departments. Michael Thompson has joined LoadSpring as director of corporate sales and Michael Kennedy has been appointed to vice president of technical operations. The company’s additions come as a direct response to its continued customer growth, both long term and newly acquired. “We’ve experienced increased customer growth over the last year and recognized the need to be better equipped to answer each of our customer’s needs by providing detailed, timely and personalized service and support,” said Eric Leighton, President and CEO, LoadSpring Solutions. “We have confidence that Mike Thompson and Michael Kennedy’s respective professional experience and expertise will help meet our goal of delivering first-class support to our customers.”
Joining as the new director of corporate sales, Michael Thompson brings significant territory sales and key account management experience to LoadSpring.
