This built-in Windows tool offers a more reliable, secure, and lightweight alternative — no installation or licensing needed, and fully compatible with the applications our users rely on.

What’s changing:

• New Citrix servers will include only the Microsoft PDF Writer
• The LoadSpring PDF Writer will be phased out as older servers are replaced

What you need to know:

• Use the Microsoft PDF Writer as your go-to PDF option
• If you’re assisting users, guide them to this standard for best performance
